GMG TRAINING - IN PERSON
GMG provides one of a kind personal basketball performance training, enabling you to maximize your genetic and fiber type potential. Get Moore Game teaches not only innovative, efficient, and effective problem solving mechanics on the court; but educates their athletes within the anatomy/physiology of their own body. This enables one to set powerful yet attainable goals within a very personalized training regime. Each session will run for one hour in length, unless you decide to purchase the additional 30 minute strength, agility, and mobility training that follows the on court training. We recommend adding the post-basketball training as it allows the body to adapt physically to the movements we're implementing onto the court. GMG doesn't just apply strength training to our off the court sessions; we apply innovative recovery, injury preventative mobility, and several other practices that enable an athlete to respond with undeniable results.

Being surrounded by elite athletes who are driven to get better is ideal for anyone looking for continued and competitive growth. Group sessions range from 4 to 8 athletes training at a time; this maximizes game-like scenario's and opportunities for athletes sharing a similar skill levels to challenge one another. These sessions are fast, efficient, and very competitive for all involved.

Semi-Private sessions are strictly for 2 or 3 athletes. These sessions incorporate personalized training regimes, individual testing, and very detail orientated workout plans. This is an environment for those who desire to take their game to the next level, but also enjoy the intensity of competing against other clients.

Private sessions are the most in-depth, personalized, and tailored training we have to offer. Every drill, every motion, every rep is designed to refine your strengths and develop your weaknesses. Each athlete will receive a full body-assessment, month by month training regime's, and all the tools necessary to maximize your growth as an athlete.
